Water/Sewer Department By Email: bridgmanwater@comcast.net Water/Sewer Utility Billing Water/Sewer bill payments may be made in person at City Hall during regular business hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays), by mail or through auto-debit. In addition, we also accept payments using your credit or debit card. Payments with a credit or debit card must be made in person at City Hall. After regular business hours, please utilize the “Night Deposit” box located within the vestibule of City Hall (inside the first set of doors on the left). The current Water treatment plant and buried intake were constructed in 1958. The treatment process includes, filtration and chlorination. Chemicals added to the water include chlorine for disinfection, fluoride for dental health, and alum as a primary coagulant. The Water Dept. staff includes four full time employees. All four operators are licensed by the State of Michigan as Surface Water Treatment Operators and are required by the state to maintain minimum Continuing Educational Credits. |
